Of all the highly specialised maritime flag representatives, we were recently certified ISO 9001:2015 and are one of the very few in Europe that meet the strict ISO norms.
The road to the ISO 9001 accreditation has proven to be a valuable one for both us, as well as the clients we service. The process of registering a yacht or ship station licence is one that requires ship owners to make privacy sensitive information available such as purchase contracts, copies of passports, private phone numbers, etc. Ship owners must therefore be able to rely on the discretion of the flag representative as such information has a commercial value.
The solid and sound management system, declaration of confidentiality and quality control procedures we follow, assures boat owners that their information is safely stored, only used for the purpose it was meant for and treated as confidential and with the highest discretion.
Discretion, partners can rely on
In the majority of the market we are active in, we work very closely with maritime professionals. Just as ship owners must be able to depend on confidentiality, the professionals must have confidence that their clients are in safe hands. Although it may be considered as a very basic business ethnics, we never the less issues a declaration of confidentiality and discretion in which such matters are secured and the maritime professional can rely on a partner who does not have any intentions of servicing their clients directly through the backdoor, a practice which is not uncommon regretfully.
